I’m not sure if I understand it correctly. So you want to play a breakout game in VR mode and then switch to AR mode later on? Maybe…I don’t know yet
I mean VR and AR scenes work a little bit different. CoSpaces VR mode splits your screen into two images to give you stereoscopic vision and the whole world is a virtual 3D environment rendered by our 3D engine.
In AR on the other hand the scene content is projected into the real world captured by your camera and displayed on the screen (not stereoscopic). No VR headset needed.
So the worlds you create can be very different wether you design and build for VR or AR. How VR and AR (mixed reality) are going to play together is a complete new thing for us as well. But the possibilities are already blowing our minds here in the office. We are going to create many demos for you so that we can get a glimpse of what is possible. But it will take us a couple of weeks till we can you present something solid.
