How can i add set movement in ipad instead basic camera movement?

Can i customize character movement in Ipad? I want my camera move in my way, but not the default camera movement. I see you can move object by setting when " " key is clicked do blahblahblah, But is this viable on ipad control? Or is it only on PC?

You can use the command “when something is clicked move camera” make sure to set the camera to fixed position and add 4 images of up, down, right, left that if clicked allow camera movement.
