How to change the player/camera height?

hello! can i seek advice, how to make my player taller? it keeps dropping down to ground - when i transform it higher.
also can’t seem to go up the stairs. any suggestions? tk u

Have you tried to make everything smaller?, you can select all the objects with a mouse or in the item list

Or press Ctrl+A on your keyboard to select All.

Press the Space bar + Up arrow/W key to move up the stairs.
