Issues uploading mp4s to a space

One of my students is having issues uploading an mp4 to his space.
Whenever he tries to upload it, he gets a “connection lost” error message and the video fails to upload.

If your student is still having trouble, can you send us the sound file? Is your student using the app or web browser?
