License problem (help me)

hello. actually i’m not good at english. so maybe grammer is now correct…!
i want to upgrade my license, pro.
So i click “upgrade pro” and “purchase pro licence” and etc. (5 seats)
but it says my card number is incorrect.
i don’t know what ti do. My 30 days trial code date is soon. so i don’t want to lose my cospaces and want to upgrade before the date. i don’t know what to do. If you help me, i thank you

We’re you logged in to CoSpaces, when you tried?

As long as your CoSpaces are in Free Play/CoSpaces, you will not lose these. Please contact the Sales Team via the CoSpaces Edu contact form to organise an alternative payment method.
