I would like to create my own online course about CoSpaces, does anyone have any advice to give me on sites I could use or anything?

Hi Alessio, I create a little website for every course. I use WIX Good Luck

PS: I like WIX because you can embed everything and can easily use different parts in new courses.
Because of your special digital talent I would like to suggest also Moodle. I know several teachers who did incredibile things with Moodle. If you want to create a course with WIX consider to add also a Google Classroom.

Yes it also could be cool, now I am trying to create the videos, I think the course will be in italian with english subtitles because I am better to speak in italian.
