Refund for Pro - trying to contact CoSpaces but no one responding!

Hello,

My 10 yr old signed up to CoSpaces Pro without me knowing, which cost EUR 891,60. I immediately responded to the sales team asking to cancel the subscription and they replied saying that wasn’t possible. I have tried to contact sales@cospaces.io, info@cospaces.io and support but they have all gone silent. I have also tried to contact their team on LinkedIn but no one is responding.

Does anyone have the direct email address of someone at CoSpaces who I can contact? I’ve found that a silent sales and support desk often means that the company is in trouble financially, so I’m worried about what is going on with CoSpaces.
