Register a student

Hello,
A student cannot register and join my class.
It keeps telling him his log in details are incorrect. Perhaps he was signed in as a practice student when we were first learning cospaces but we cannot retrieve any evidence of that.

The teacher can change the password of the student, and even ban the student accounts

Thanks Dani but I, as the teacher, am not getting the student showing up in my class. He can’t seem to either register or log in.

Can you please send captures about what happen when he tries to log in, and to register.
