Does anyone have advice for a user in China that is not able to load the CoSpaces editor? Some days it works for my student, some days it doesn’t. Other websites and doing video calls through Workplace by Facebook are able to load.
Have tried:
Using other browsers
Changing VPN servers

is student able to see login screen and the dashboard or CoSpaces doesn’t load at all?
Could you please, provide us a screenshot
He is able to see the login and dashboard. He had trouble with his space loading again today and sent these screenshots. It did load eventually.
