The program button does not appear

Some students with android devices do not see the program button. How can I fix that?

Are they working in a tablet or a phone?

Phone, but I use android phone too and I can program but they don’t.

That’s weird, I use an IPhone and my neither appear program button. But it does on tablets. I thought programming is not avaleible on phones devices.

But I have a Samsung galaxy A30 and I can program on the device. one student has the galaxy A33 and she can’t.
