How do I get a tornado to suck up people, cars and houses like a regular tornado?

to do this, you have to constantly push objects to the tornado with calculated gravity force.
I have made an example for you. All affected objects are on the list. Also, I set all masses to be the same. Feel free to remix the space and play with the physical values - you can lower the force, increase the role of distance, calculate the masses etc. (second scene)

It is good, but I want the stuff to spin around the tornado after it pushes the stuff towards it.

you can check the distance on plane XY between tornado and object. If it is low enough, apply a circular force and a random ascent / descent vector.
