Some students can scroll forward and move around their environment and other students cannot …they can just rotate and look around the space in 360. I’ve tried to help them but I cannot figure it out. When I try to scroll forward I just cannot. There are even a few cases where I can scroll forward a small amount and then I get stuck. Is there some feature or setting I’m missing?

I’d thoroughly recommend having a look at the Getting Started resources, especially Shortcuts & Controls - I recommend all my students download and print this out while they’re getting acquainted with the editor.
Beyond that, sometimes it depends on the Camera movement that the Camera is set to - if the Camera is in Orbit mode, the editor mode is slightly different and can have results similar to what you’re describing.
