I have gone on the main website multiple times today and every time i try to create an account, the loading bar will get stuck and I cannot make one. It is not an internet problem because other sites load fine. I was only able to make an account on the forums can someone help?

Is it possible to test on another device?
I had a student create an account right now with no issues.

Maybe exit the tab or reload it or sign off and back in?

Just a tip incase this helps you or anyone else encountering a sign up issue - if you’re trying to create an account on an iOS device, it isn’t possible from the mobile browser. You’ll need to use the CoSpaces iOS application to create an account which you can find in the Apple app store.
