We have begun experiencing an issue in our school where, if a teacher leaves the school or forgets to archive a class, students are using the unarchived classes as ‘lairs’ where they can create remixes in playgrounds without the class teacher realizing it. Is there a function through an admin panel to see all classes created in your institution and have overarching admin access to change settings, access students, etc.? I found that even my account as an admin, when I go to view that specific student’s work to see prior works/playgrounds, I can only see the classes I am a teacher of myself. This creates a massive black hole when trying to crackdown on a. what has the student been doing, b. when? c. to what extent?
