In my project when Ipress the PLAY button my camera will start to backup and I dont have control any more.

If you noticed your camera moving on its own then it is colliding with a very large item which forces it to move. To check what kind of items are in the scene, you can open the Item hierarchy on the side:
By double-clicking on the items in the list your camera will focus on them. This way you can check which item is causing the collision.
If you generally do not want the camera to collide against anything, you can also disable camera collision.
