CoSpace changes change Physics outcomes

There seems to be a problem with the consistency of Physics within CoSpaces. This is observable when editing Rube Goldberg machines, where a single change (e.g. renaming an Item) can result in significant changes elsewhere.

Any ideas on why this might happen, @Nikolay ?
