Cubes replace items

One of my students is getting cubes instead of the item from Co Spaces. Any idea what is going on. When I look on teacher side - it is fine. Her log in is not.

Hi @Kimberley_Smith,

This is usually a network issue - either due to a CoSpaces server problem, or certain requests being filtered/blocked by the school firewall.

Let us know if this issue doesn’t resolve itself, and whether all students are experiencing the same issue.
