Is there any possible way for me to embed Google form in my project?
I am trying to allow users to perform different actions on the same page.

What I would do is make a screenshot of the G-form, upload it to a scene and use the CoBlock [when object is clicked open hyperlink].
Google allows form-creators to add editors of their forms, so each of your users (-Gmail) has to be added (by you) manually as a co-editor of this particular G-form.
Or use a simple G-document and share - enable users to edit is toggled.
