Evaluation of students for teachers

Hey CoSpacer,
we plan a kind of EscapeRoom for our students. Before we create that Room we like to know how to monitor the player/students while passing the quests.
Is there a way to evaluate correct answers/tasks and the time a player need to finish the Game?
