Hi to create a birds view with the camera?

Hello!
I’m trying to have a birds view using the camera, but when I attached to a botton part of a block and use the path item, the scenario is all sided down, how can I use the camera to move along the path like a birds view?

Q to switch view mode
E to escape bird view
CLICK to go to bird view
