I cant upload any 3d models

When ever i upload a zip file it just says sorry couldnt upload this model does anybody know how to fix this?

Hi @Dotbox,

This is sometimes because of the way the files inside the zip are stored (e.g. in directories), or it could be that the file is too big (must be under 50MB).

Try extracting the files in the zip file first, then upload them together.

Thanks for helping although my file says its 4.9MB it still doesnt work il try to see if i can seperate the files
