Is there a way to add more grab points to a movement loop?

I’m working with a class and a couple of students are working on rollercoasters. The “Special” movement loop has only 6-7 grab points, making it impossible to set the movement loop along the various elevations of the track.

Is there a way to add more or is it set at 6-7? Thanks!
