Problem with processing payment

I have been trying to upgrade my account to pro for over a week and have been unsuccessful. Very disappointed with the lack of communication from the CoSpacesEdu sales team. My students created projects and we now have “license” issued and they are unable to access them. Would really appreciate some help with this. When I try to pay, it gets to the point that says card number and then doesn’t allow a number to be entered to continue the process. I’m in the USA.
