Problems with student joining class

Yesterday, I was unable to add a new student to any of my classes. It kept giving me a warning saying that the code was invalid (I have plenty of empty seats). I tried creating a new class just for that student so that I could add her to the original class myself, but that new code wouldn’t work either. We tried using another iPad, still the same problem. She was using her Microsoft credentials, so we tried just creating a new account with a username and password, still not possible to access any of the classes.

Hi @MELapolice this sounds like the app needs to be updated to the latest version.

If you update the app (and also ensure your students are using the latest version too), that should fix this issue! :slight_smile:
