After obtaining a Pro license key, is the one-year period counted from the date the key is received, or from the date it is entered and activated? If it’s the latter, how long is the activation grace period after obtaining the key?

If you purchased your license online, the license plan will be activated immediately on the day of purchase.
For direct purchases from our team (with a minimum of 100 seats), the 365-day period begins from the date the key is activated.
