Remove access to a project

Hello!

I’d like to remove access to specific project I created in my groups on the last day of the project so the students can’t edit it before I grade it.

I could change the students’ passwords, however we’ve been signing in with Google, and they might be able to ask for a new password in CoSpaces itself.

Is there a way to achieve what I want ? Removing access to all projects is not a problem, if a more drastic solution is needed.

Hi @Luc_Tremblay,

Is the project a group assignment, individual assignment, or free play?

  • Group Assignment - just remove students from the groups (but take a note of who was in which group project)

  • Individual Assignment - create a folder in your CoSpaces (using the new folder functionality) and copy all individual assignments to that folder, then delete the assignment

  • Free play - move the project to an Assignment, then do the steps above.

Note that if students have already shared their projects, then you will need to re-share and provide links for them.
