Student has two accounts

I have a student and he has two accounts . Is there a way I can combine his project and get it in to the one account or is that something that has to be emailed ?

Hi @Jennifer_Johnson,

Do you mean that he has a project in one account (e.g. home account) which he needs access to in another account (e.g. school account)?

If this is the case, there are two possible solutions:

  1. Simplest - allow sharing and get the student to make his CoSpace remixable, so that he can remix it in his 2nd account
  2. Best? - make sure both accounts are in your class, copy the project to a Group assignment, and add both accounts to that group assignment.

Hi Geoff, is it also possible to merge the accounts? So that all the projects that they are working on can be saved?

Hi @Vigro,
You can copy the spaces into your teacher account to save, then add back into the class as an assignment to return the project to students.
