I have had 3 student spaces disappear from their accounts. How can I recover this work? My students were several hours into their work when the spaces disappeared.

It is possible for internet/server issues to occur and during these events, work can be lost. We can only apologise for the trouble this has caused or can cause.
We are always implementing updates to our systems and are currently working on a “warning” so that if a user is disconnected, they know not to continue working until the connection is back - this will result in less lost work.
Because there is no connection to our servers during these times, unfortunately, we are not able to recover any work committed.
