Students unable to receive confirmation email

Is there any way to confirm a student account in CosSpaces EDU Basic if that student cannot receive emails from outside of the school’s domain due to district policy? A student started a project but was unable to continue because they could not confirm their account via email.

Never mind, everyone! Our tech staff were able to whitelist emails from noreply@cospaces.io to our students.

On a side note, students shouldn’t be asked to confirm their email accounts, so perhaps it is worth checking that your students have definitely created their accounts as students and not teachers :slight_smile:

I am getting this notification from a student when they try to login with Google. They are logged in on a their student Chromebook already, up and running fine. However, they can not login with their class PC computer, they keep getting this and their school email is blocking the verification I think.!
