Trying to join a Pro license plan!

Hello all,
Yesterday a colleague purchased a PRO subscription and sent me the key to join the license plan.
However, when I click on the “Join license plan” tile, I am only given enough space to enter 6 digits – instead of the 24 digit “key”.

Any ideas? (Is there a different version here in Australia??)

Hi @MRV you can enter 4 characters per each box separated by a dash.

If that doesn’t work for you, can you please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing?
