Please help me figure out why Im getting red boxes with X’S

We are using a Asus Z00AD
with Android version 6.0.1

Hi @Jennifer_Engstrom unfortunately older Android devices (versions 7.1 and older) are missing the root certificates needed for this to function properly but the good news is this can be resolved.

You can update the certificates on your device following these instructions here.
