Hi - We use the app for cospaces on the iPad. While it looks like on the desktop/laptop version you can drag and drop videos into the merge cube, it seems like on the iPad the only option is to download which means I am left with videos just circling and never downloading. I know that the resolution supposedly needs to be lower.
What are your work arounds to this on the iPad using the app. I am honestly frustrated I even bought the merge cube add on if this isn’t going to work…

Hi, @MrsMarshMedia! I was able to successfully upload a 6 second video that I recorded on my iPad into my Merge Cube CoSpaces. Then I was able to drag the video from the tray onto one side of the Merge Cube. And the video plays well while viewing in 3D mode.
Can you share an example CoSpaces that is having the problem you mentioned?
Hi! I ended up getting it to work. I am not sure why it wasn’t working but eventually they downloaded! I appreciate you checking in on this
