I use the right file types, as it was working and then it stopped

What do you mean? you can’t upload anymore? Are you in a free or a pro plan?

I am using the import 3d files tool. And I am on a pro plan

Note that there are object that you can’t upload to your cospace. Use the search bar on the forum, you will find a lot of posts that talk about it. Maybe someone have had the same issue as yours.

@Hayden_Stork What was the filetype? What was the filesize? (there’s a 50MB upload limit)
