I believe it is necessary that students should be able to publish cospaces by the teachers request. This gives a new learning opportunity to other students that want to learn how to use cospaces and allows students to share there work to other people.

teacher accounts can allow students to share their spaces. This is done by heading to the account management section of the teacher dashboard and use the dropdown menu on the student(s) of your choice to enable or disable sharing.
